Return & Refund Policy

  • All Sales Are Final: All items sold through ShopOTG.com are liquidation or wholesale products and are sold as-is, where-is. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless explicitly stated in the item listing.

  • Item Condition: Our products may include customer returns, open-box, overstock, or used merchandise. Descriptions and photos are provided for guidance only and do not guarantee item condition.

  • Exceptions:

    • Wrong item delivered.

    • Item listed as new is proven non-functional upon pickup.

    • Where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

    • Any request for exception must be made in writing within 48 hours of receiving the item.

  • Buyer Responsibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect items during pickup when possible. Failure to inspect does not qualify as grounds for a refund.

  • Disputes & Chargebacks: Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension and legal action. Contact us first to resolve issues.

Shipping & Pickup Policy

  • General Policy: ShopOTG.com offers item pickup at designated locations and limited shipping services where specified.

  • Pickup Requirements: Pick up within the timeframe stated in the listing (typically within 5 business days). Bring a valid ID and order confirmation. Third-party pickups require written authorization and identification.

  • Failure to Pick Up: Items not picked up within the required timeframe may be deemed abandoned and forfeited without refund. ShopOTG may resell or dispose of abandoned items.

  • Shipping Services: Available for select items as indicated in the listing. Buyer pays shipping, handling, and (if offered) insurance. Risk transfers to buyer once the carrier takes possession.

  • Packaging & Handling: We package items securely, but are not liable for damage, delays, or loss after carrier pickup.

  • Storage Fees: Storage fees may apply for items not collected within the pickup window. Extended storage is not guaranteed.
