Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and the confidentiality of your login. ShopOTG may suspend accounts for violations of these terms.

Auctions & Sales
All sales are final and items are sold as-is, where-is. No returns or exchanges unless clearly stated. A winning bid is a binding purchase agreement.

Payments & Fees
All purchases must be paid within 48 hours. Payments may include applicable fees, buyer’s premiums, and taxes.

Pickup & Shipping
Buyers are responsible for item pickup within stated timeframes. Unclaimed items may be forfeited without refund. Shipping, if available, is at the buyer’s expense and risk.

Item Condition
All products are liquidation/wholesale items and may be open-box, used, or returns. Photos and descriptions are for reference only.

Liability
ShopOTG is not responsible for product defects, incidental damages, or lost profits. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the item.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA.

• Agreement to Terms: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ShopOTG.com. By registering, bidding, or purchasing through our platform, you accept and agree to comply with these terms.

• User Eligibility: Users must be 18 years of age or older and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. ShopOTG reserves the right to deny or revoke user access at its sole discretion.

• Account Responsibilities: You agree to provide accurate registration information and maintain confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

• Auctions & Binding Nature of Bids: All bids placed are binding commitments to purchase. ShopOTG reserves the right to extend, suspend, or cancel auctions at its sole discretion. Items are sold “as-is, where-is” with no warranties expressed or implied.

• Payment Obligations: Winning bidders must remit full payment, including applicable taxes, buyer’s premiums, and handling fees within 48 hours. Failure to pay may result in account suspension, forfeiture of items, and potential legal action.

• Pickup, Shipping, and Forfeiture: Buyers must remove purchased items within the timeframe specified. Unclaimed items may be deemed abandoned and resold without refund. Shipping services, if provided, are at the buyer’s cost and risk.

• Item Descriptions & Condition: All products offered are liquidation or wholesale merchandise and may include customer returns, open-box, or used goods. Descriptions, photographs, and condition reports are for reference only and do not constitute warranties or guarantees.

• Limitation of Liability: ShopOTG, its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform or purchase of goods. Maximum liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the buyer for the disputed item.

• Prohibited Activities: Users are prohibited from engaging in fraudulent bidding, collusion, interference with auctions, or any unlawful activities. Violations may result in account termination and legal proceedings.

• Governing Law & Dispute Resolution: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Indian River County, Florida, or through small claims court when appropriate.

• Amendments: ShopOTG reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
